1. How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on most products. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After that, we may not be able to make changes because order processing begins quickly.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@veruno.nl within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
