Returns

  • You may request a return within 5Β days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings, personal care products).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Issues

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may not be able to stop shipment.
